Azadani Kyokushin Karate Dojo in Saint Augustine, Florida, is an official Karate International Kyokushin-kan Organization branch headquartered in Saitama, Japan. Shihan Azadani, 6th Dan in Kyokushin, and a Renshi-Shihan from Kyokushin-kan International Organization, is the chief instructor of Azadani Karate Dojo in Saint Augustine. Shihan Azadani has been practicing Kyokushin Karate for over 30 years.

About Dojo of St. Augustine, Florida
Azadani Dojo has Karate classes for kids, teens, and adults. We also hold adult martial arts and kickboxing classes in our Saint Augustine, Florida location.
Shihan Azadani has been an official Branch Chief of Karate International Kyokushin-kan Organization since the establishment of Kyokushin-kan International Organization on January 13, 2003.
At Azadani Dojo, we practice and teach Karate basics (Kihons), Kyokushin Karate Standard Form (Kata), and traditional martial arts weapons. For our students to remain competitive and produce strong martial arts and Karate fighters, we have regular sparring (Kumite) sessions to prepare them for national and international competitions.
Our daily Karate practice starts with traditional Kyokushin Karate warm-ups and stretching. We then follow by practicing Kihons exercises at every session. Kihon practice includes Kyokushin Karate basic punching techniques, basic hand blocking techniques, basic kicking techniques and blockings, combat positions practice (Kumite Dachi), and more.
In addition to regular training for Kihon, Kata, and Kumite, we train our students to learn usage weapons such as Bo, Sai, Tonfa, and Nunchucks.
During our sparring sessions, we focus on fighting techniques. All our students must wear the protection gear during sparring sessions to ensure their safety and continuous practice.
We have dedicated sessions to practice with punching bags and mitts.
Shihan Azadani, our chief instructor, has trained many students who have won international and world championships positions and are ranking world and international medalists. Azadani Dojo members, as the official members of Karate International Kyokushin-kan Organization, once ready for international and world competitions, can participate in prestigious international events like All Japan Karate Tournament, Kyokushin-kan International and world Championships events, Kyokushin World Union (KWU) international and world competitions.
